We are looking for an “ERP Business Analyst” who will act as a bridge between business teams and IT, ensuring effective use, development and continuous improvement of ERP systems.

 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP systems (implementation, support or analysis)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on ERP experience (CPM is a strong plus)
  • Experience in user support and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills with a business-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Advanced level of English

 Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into ERP system requirements
  • Provide daily support to end-users and ensure smooth system operations
  • Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Identify improvement areas in existing processes and propose efficient solutions
  • Support ERP implementation, rollout and optimization projects
  • Participate in ongoing projects such as system go-live, process transitions and new initiatives
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Document processes, solutions and user guides for sustainability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams when needed
  • Working with ERP software in the fields of application development, business analysis and system support
