We are searching for a dynamic members to be assigned as "Sales Executive" in our Ataşehir Office for our rapidly growing organization, Ravago Türkiye Group company Vidara.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline,
  • Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience preferably in Detergent Chemicals and Industrial Cleaning Solutions,
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth,
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset,
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), capable of working in an international business environment,
  • Strong command of MS Office applications and CRM driven sales processes,
  • Valid driver’s license, open to frequent customer visits and travel without restrictions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop assigned customer accounts while building strong customer relationships.
  • Execute field sales activities and identify new business opportunities.
  • Support market, competitor and pricing analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare commercial offers and follow up on customer orders and payment processes.
  • Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams to ensure timely product supply and service.
  • Maintain accurate sales activities and customer information through the CRM system.
  • Support collection follow-ups, customer credit limit reviews and related reporting.
  • Support new product launches and promotional activities in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
