We are searching for a dynamic members to be assigned as "Sales Executive" for our rapidly growing organization.

The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;

  • BS degree in Engineering preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry ,or similar discipline,
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Cosmetic and Detergent,
  • Experienced in R&D departments to follow trends and develop products,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, a good team player,
  • Result oriented, strong personality with a positive approach and can do attitude,
  • Proactive and ready to take initiatives with an entrepreneur mindset.
  • No restriction of travelling.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analyzing market needs, building business strategies and applying these strategies,
  • Active visits to customers,
  • Supporting the sales team for the effective implementation of product promotion activities,
  • Maintaining regular contact with all customers by customer visits, demonstrations and negotiations in order to achieve targets,
  • Working closely with R&D team to manage product improvements or costumer focus product specialties,
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams,
  • Preparation of annual plans and budgets for product groups,
  • Forming and executing marketing strategies,
  • Following the sectoral developments related to the products and to direct the sales team.
